This is a perfect example of imaginative radio. This ad originally called for an announcer to merely read a simple script over a music bed. Injecting our brand of “theater,” we removed the music, split the copy between two workers, and then decided to take them out of the usual office environment and place them in an elevator, just to be unique. Effects such as the elevator hum, the sandwich wrapper, the doors opening, and the shoes walking off on marble floors are just some of the subtleties that bring the “theater of mind” alive in this advertisement.
