O.K. sure, pecans are healthy.  They’re very good for you.  Now, take that concept and make it memorable.  That was the mandate from our friends at Cash By Creative.  At Audio Theater we decided to draw a line of comparison that illustrates, with taste of course, why Georgia Pecans are a much better alternative.  Click on the logo to hear the creative.

real-goods-solar

Any time solar is mentioned in an ad, you can pretty much bet that the words “green” and “environmentally friendly” are going to be used.  At Audio Theater we believe great ads must sound different than the stereotype if they are to truly stand out.  So when our friends at Cash By Creative asked for a fresh perspective, we immediately thought…FISH.  Our fish even has a name.  Girardi! Click on the logo for a whole different look at the world of solar.

washington-traffic-safety-commission

Can you have fun with a serious topic?  In November/December of 2011 Audio Theater answered with a definitive, “YES!”  Our friends at Cash By Creative asked us to compose a unique and memorable “don’t drink and drive” message for Seattle.   The ad proved a very effective catalyst.  In just two months it drove over 1,200 Seattle patrons to call 1-800-Taxi Cab for a safe ride home.  That figure surpassed the campaigns previous totals for the entire year!  Click on the Washington Traffic Safety Commission logo to hear the advertisement.

fatcatsjackback-emb-168x204One of the most crucial objectives in any advertising campaign is making sure that your message stands out from that of your competitors.  Since most restaurants concentrate on their menu, Audio Theater elected to put the spotlight on the double “A’s” at FAT CATS; amenities and ambience.  With these two jingle oriented ads, we were able to convey the “vibe,” or “feel” of the establishment.  Note that we were tasked with creating this “feel” utilizing two distinctly different genres of music.

3-am-vodkaSince almost all ads of an alcoholic nature seem to dwell on the message, “please drink responsibly,” Audio Theater decided 3 a.m. Vodka would be better served if their advertising came with a twist; thus, making it more memorable.  This custom crafed ad features a peculiar look at “time” and “drinking responsibly.”  Click on the big purple 3 to hear the creative.

kiaAt a time when Detroit was focusing on “price” with their “you pay what we pay” campaign, Audio Theater took KIA’s imaging in a different direction; choosing instead to put the spotlight on consumer “confidence,” and “reliability.”

archThis is a perfect example of imaginative radio.  This ad originally called for an announcer to merely read a simple script over a music bed.  Injecting our brand of “theater,” we removed the music, split the copy between two workers, and then decided to take them out of the usual office environment and place them in an elevator, just to be unique.  Effects such as the elevator hum, the sandwich wrapper, the doors opening, and the shoes walking off on marble floors are just some of the subtleties that bring the “theater of mind” alive in this advertisement.  Click on the golden arches to hear the ad.
